The Bergeson Group was founded by Shane Bergeson — born and raised in Friendswood, a REALTOR® since 2018, and a husband and father of four. What started as one hometown agent helping neighbors buy and sell has grown into a group with over $80 million in real estate sold — 50 homes in 2025 alone, from starter homes to luxury estates.
The approach hasn't changed as the numbers have grown: straight answers about neighborhoods, schools, and pricing, and a team that treats every client like the most important one they have. Service available in English and Spanish.
